A lot of us wear "being busy" like a badge of honor. We think if we are sweating and tired, we must be doing a good job. But there is a big difference between being busy and being productive.

It’s like trying to put out a fire with a tiny bucket of water. You are running back and forth as fast as you can, but the fire is still there.

It takes a little bit of time to set up, but once it’s done, it does the work for you. If you keep saying, "I’m too busy to make a digital guide," you are basically saying, "I’m too busy to stop being tired."
The most successful people aren't the ones working the hardest. They are the ones who stopped working for a moment to build something that could work without them.
